Hello sirs and ladies, I've fiddled around but to no success. Skill.conf, battle.conf, etc and nothing works. Is there a way to use pre-renewal skill mechanics on a renewal server?? Aka: No skill cast time on 150 dex i.e. (which also doesnt work) and also remove the After-cast skill delay...
