I want to make a server, but I have no knowledge of coding or programming. I'd like to hire someone to fulfill this role but I want to maintain control of the server at all times. How exactly do I do this?

As it says. I have hide_woe_damage turned off, and it already shows damage the player is receiving. Now I need damage the player is doing to other players to show, kind of like it does for monsters.
