Solved the problem, thought I'd give that data folder a try in zackdreaver's signature and apply it to a .grf.  Thankfully it worked,  I would of thought everything would of been in data.grf or rdata.grf or whatever... Suppose I was wrong.  Thanks  zackdreaver for the data folder...
