    [Help] I have a problem with the server

    i run file char-server sql then up make_connection: connect failed socket #2, code 10061     I solved many ways , it has not .    I have to try and turn off antivirus and off Firewall It does not work     Check to help me , thank you.   i tyro help recommend Picture Example   this file...
