    how to Changing the max stats.

    Hi. guys!   may i know how to Changing the max stats.   On my gm ID, i command @allstat 300 but serevr limit 130 max   i need to know on my gm ID can change allstats 300 but normal ID fixed 130 on 3rd class       sorry for my english!!
