On src/config/Renewal.h, comment out the Renewal mechanics you want to deactivate (in this case, all of it).
On src/map/map.h, find #define MAX_LEVEL 150 and replace '150' with '255'.
On db/pre-re/exp.txt, edit the max base/job levels of each table to your preference. It's usually the first number for each group, just read the headers per table so you know which class group you're editing.
