Did you manage to find a fix to what you wanted? It's best if you actually posted it here because you never know, someone might want it as well. Also, I know you could kinda spam sonic blow about 2 times if you're fast enough.

vulcan skill twice spam is already on herc, if the clown/bard cast bragi itself w/ soul link
