Custom item dont show

I tried today do add a custom item but when i equip it , it just dont show, i edited the accname, acessory, idnum2resnametable, item db, etc, im using 2014-10-22. i diffed to read data folder first

 
2014 clients uses iteminfo file so you should add your items there (System/iteminfo.lub)

 
I had a similar problem the other day. The issue was that the accessory name wasnt written properly in accname and accid. I wrote it all in capital letters and it worked.
