custom link(gs and sniper)

hellooo, is it possible to make/add a custom link for sniper and gs?

what i really want is rms effect + 30% chance to block dispel, is it possible? pls help me ^^

Yes a SL link, check the "custom skills" section in rathena wiki to take a base, in skill db the sl_gunslinger and sl_ninja are added but never implemented be gravity (canceled like gangsi)

yeah. a soul linker link. sad no one cn do it =(
