Custom Skill

Hello good afternoon everyone and all.

You could help me with a little problem?

I'm trying to create custons skills, but they just do not get saved in character whenever I logout, or map change, until I return for some equipment the ability, hence need to use a script to receive the ability ... does anyone know and Would you help me?
