Emblem in BG & WOE Error

Hello everyone, I have a little problem with my emblems, I think it's in my .exe with nemo but I can't find the problem.

During battlegrounds and WoEs, the background of emblems is white, and without guilds a white square. Do you have a solution ?

It worked before with the same client, maybe it's in> Nemo> QualityMap? or Quality Screen? or other?
