Error compiling hercules in centOS

hi, im having problems while compiling in centos even on a clean version, this is the error

make[1] : Leaving Directory ´root/trunk/3rdparty/libconfig´

make: execvp: ./sysinfogen.sh: Permision denied

make: *** [sysinfo] Error 127

any suggestion?
