FLUXCP ERROR

i got this error when try to install fluxcp:

some1 can help me ?

I found the erro i missing my sql tables i need to reinstall it, but idk how to do it, some1 can help me ?

i do it but now i have this error:

some times i got this error too:

@@Zhao Chow how can i re-install fluxcp ? when i install fluxcp idont know whay but in my the phpmyadmin isn't creating the tables
