good day i was looking for devs that can make a forum for my server

can understand communication clearly

and can make me a forum like this forum ( IPB )

in a cheap prize also i dont have big budget yet lol thank you

 
If your budget is an issue, why don't you install free forums then? Like phpbb for example. 

 
Yeah, I don't know why there is so much IPB ? (a lot of nulled IPB btw xD), get a free forum like phpbb. :)

 
PhpBB not popular and don't have a lot of useful features. For example, i will advise you to try Xenforo engine. 

It's absolutely free, always updating and have a lot of useful features. 

p.s. or use nulled IPB :lol: (but it's illegal)

By the way, we are hosting our privates servers with use/modifications of the ragnarok online game files, we already are in some illegal way, so xD
