Hello! I'm looking for people who can bring creative ideas and script/develop them, if anyone is interested kindly PM me your application or point me to your application topic(if any). I'm only looking for a fellow RO lover who can help me for free for the time being, The server is well funded in terms of hosting but I can't really pay paid developers at the moment. But if you've become a good asset to the server, and we get donations i'll gladly send a huge percent of them to you. But to not get your hopes up, I don't intent to add imbalance stuffs on the donation shop, they'll probably be just some costumes and usable items that is not OP, so there might not be that much donations unless we really make the server enjoyable.
The server's focus is to provide a server that is easy to start with, everything is 100% drop, instant respawn mvps etc. A high rate Renewal PK server with 255 max level(atm). Nowadays more and more of RO players are getting tired of grinding, farming but then many similar servers seem to be shutting down pretty fast and they'll have to move and move on again. I want to provide one that lasts.
Despite looking for "free" help, I wish to get developers who are responsible with their work. I've tried some paid devs, most of them didn't even test their work before sending to me, so I had to spend a lot of time fixing them, that I regret and wished I just did them myself xD
I am very meticulous when it comes to the stuff I put on the server, I want them debugged and tested with the same environment as much as possible. If you're able to implement works without giving me headache then you're a good asset xD
Since its free work, all of your scripts/works is free for you to release or send to anyone else, heck I'll even encourage you to do that despite the uniqueness of your work, I wouldn't want to exploit your talent, I'd let you share it to the whole RO world. I do the same thing although just script modifications and improvements, but didn't have anything new to share yet xD
Anyways, if you love developing, you don't want to create your own server, you have even just 1-2 hour a week to help me, that would be enough
