How to add custom item, my kro folder/data/ is only 1 txt document how can i access lua files to add custom items

Im sorry but i dont understand some topic i read and i dont wanna crush my ragnarok server so iwanna make sure i do it ryt on thing what i want to do

 
The wiki page shows what files you have to edit for each, server and client files. There is also a sample folder for the folder structure.

if you cant find what you want on the wiki homepage, this is what i normally do 

70% of it is good but alot of it contains outdated info that only used rarely - - - but if you follow every single step the outdated ones are either non existent and you can ignore it or itll do nothing 

but fyi you need to update the client folder for visual effects, and the server folder for data
