• Due to recent spam attacks that heavily used compormised accounts we did reset all user passwords, AGAIN, if it happens and your account got compromised again due to re-used passwords your account will be perma-banned.

How to solve this?

We need more background: What Herc revision are you using, custom plugins/source mods that could be making that, and what did you do for making those errors trigger, etcetera.
