how to use mysql instead db folder

Hi i'm trying to figure out how use mysql databases instead db folder in this new conf folder, can someone help me with that?

MySQL is only used for storing data about players.

There's no substitute for db folder, you need to use db folder, item_db/mob_db read from mysql has been removed too.
