Due to recent spam attacks that heavily used compormised accounts we did reset all user passwords, AGAIN, if it happens and your account got compromised again due to re-used passwords your account will be perma-banned.
I don't know what is its file name (hope somebody else will tell you, I can't), but try to replace it with a transparent (color 0xFF00FF) 1x1 px image and it should work.
