Hi there,

So i transfer a webhost but i got problem. i already set the permission of new ip from my sql (database of vps) but when i try to run the control panel. i got SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection timed out 

it seems that my new webhost is not allowing itself to connect on my vps.

any help?

If you are sure you configured your MySQL properly to accept remote connections and you can connect to it from another pc, but not your host, you should ask your hosting provider to change it for you in case you can't change this setting yourself.

Problem solve.

I just ask my hosting provider to do something else (I'm not really sure what was that) and now its working
