Username and password match on both, and the SQL database match too.

Go into your SQL and visit the login table, make sure the s1/p1 is changed to your settings in conf/map-server.conf and char-server.conf

It's all at the top.

The errormessage even tells you what happens and what is to do...

I would also recommend to use a more descriptive title than Issue especially when you allready used it before.
