I have like 7 years experience in RO. I speak spanish and english but not very well, actually..
Im a Scripter/Graphic Designer (Spriter too, but Im lazy)
And I am very good setting up everything for a RO Server with almost all you may need, I don't edit patches or diffs.
I have recomendations too if you want to hear my 7 year experience.

GFX Design: I can Help you design your RO style and guide you how to achieve that style (I don't make big and COMPLEX Styles)
[*]Script Editor: If some script is readable to me but not to you I can try to repair it or add functionality to that script, maybe create some scripts too.
[*]Custom Maps: I can install you custom maps correctly.
[*]Custom Items: I can correctly implement items on almost all the existing clients that works (I don't implement strange things like weapons with sprite)
[*]Custom Mobs: I can help you. Depending on the style of the mob I can set his attack skills and all the info needed to make it work as a normal mob including client-side.
[*]Full Emulator Installation: Clean Job, Complete: Default Installation
[*]Emulator Customization: I can edit the rates or any config for you if you want you can give me a list and I can set it up.
[*]Full Updater Installation: I can set up an Auto-Updater of your choice: Thor Patcher, Neoncube or whatever you like.
[*]Updater Edition: I can help you with a design for your updater including buttons. I can also add more buttons to thor with redirection to pages.
[*]Full Client Installation: I can make your client of almost any date, Ragexe or RagexeRE. Hercules and rAthena Working. I have suggestions too.
[*]Client Banner and Skin: I can make you a Screenshot banner and set up a my Renewal Compatible Skin or another skin you want (Must be compatible). ( My Skin )
[*]Control Panel Installation: Basically I can set up almost any Control Panel, Flux, Ceres, Stargames (I didn't tried e-mail verification btw but I think I can)
[*]Control Panel Edit: I can add a pre-made skin or add an addon to the panel correctly (I don't make them)
[*]Forum Installation: I can set up a forum of your choice for you and leave it working.
[*]Forum Edition: I can set up the admin, gm, moderator accounts, categories and sub-forums if you want me to do it, but it's a separate service.
