Merchant Pushcart issue

I have my server up and running for about two weeks now. everything is working great. There's an annoying issue with the Pushcart every time a merchant logs off and comes back in or gets disconnected and logs back in. the pushcart disappears. Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix this issue? Merci.
