let me correct you, its not web hosting its vps that you are looking for. webhosting is what you use for hosting your website. vps is where you host your ragnarok server.

there are many available here . just check in the paid section. some hosts which i would recommend are

you can buy vps with ddos protection for 10$ from frantech but they not offer free setup etc.. i can help you setup your server..
