Need help for CP Flux Hercules

I use cp flux from https://github.com/HerculesWS/FluxCP
i already install and success
 
but..
how to make it..
 
I want,
in the Control Panel, users only can access for registration, donation and detailed user account .. 
only admin can access all the functions of the control panel 
 
and how to change the theme 
I have tried many times but not successful

in your webhost.
