We are in current development of a well funded professional RO server. We need staff members who are dedicated, meticulous and perfectionists. We accept nothing less. However if you are unknowledgeable that is OKAY. I need to emphasize that I will pay generously. I am NOT motivated by money. I want to create the most professional and exciting server. Current positions we need immediately are:
1) Well rounded overseer. Knows scriptimg a bit,flux,forums, how to reboot... Everything. This position requires you be on most of the day near computer and respond to problems if they occur. Prefer on USA timezones as the other and I are on Asian timezones. This will be paid depending on qualifications and contribution. A flat fee and a % of donations.
2) Spriter. We need a spriter. Would prefer a full time staff. You can have endless creativity as most if not all your creations will be implemented as long as they are clean. This is also paid as % of donations and will go up depending on your quality. This position gives you a lot of responsibility power and freedom.
3) Mapper. This position is currently on hold until all other positions are filled but please apply if you want consideration.
4) Forum mods. This position will be carefully monitored. We need unbiased fair and kind people. This position is mostly unpaid however you will get donation credits if you play the game which you can then give to friends. Keep in mind this position requires a lot of maturity. I will personally monitor this position myself.
