Plugin for Custom?

I was wondering, is there a way to add customs to the server without doing any modification to the data (server)? and patch it via client??

This idea would really be good, as it will not only help the newbie like me but also reduce the time consumption for re-compiliting things altogether....

You dont need to recompile in adding customs..

NO, you cannot add custom items w/o touching the database.

Customs as in Custom items. Modifying evrything is really pain in ....... for a no coder.....

For this there are very nice tools out there, per instance this one, that makes it way easier.
