We are currently looking for a Developer / (co) Admin (paid).
Who are we?
We are a small collective of servers that has been around since 2003 called Excalibur Network.
Our main RO server, AvalonRO has been around since 2004 and has had many players over the years.
Avalon is a Mid rate (125x) server that proved resillient and managed to offer it's own unique gameplay.
What's the task?
For the last couple of years we have neglected our development on the server a little and are aiming to get the server updated again on the latest version of Hercules.
The current server still runs an a build of Eathena and as such there is list of things we would like to change.
I myself have a background with programming and looking for someone to share the workload with.
Some of the tasks we are looking at
We can offer a compensation for your services and can share in the spoils if you can provide consistent results.
The server currently has low population numbers, we however are willing to invest in the necessary marketing channels and mailing lists to make it happen again.
I bring a lot of skill and people with me to make this project run again (as it has for nearly 10 years),

- Client / patcher configuration/customization
- Content creation, assist to add new content to the game (maps, items, etc)
- Script conversion, recoding some of our legacy scripts
- Balance testing on new realm
- Assisting to convert data to Hercules
- many more

- Experienced with Hercules/eAthena/etc
- Experienced with Patchers & Client (grf)
- Understanding of (at least) basic programming
- Experience with Linux (have used branches like Debian, Ubuntu, Centos before)
- Decent knowledge on MYSQL
- References to past projects (self made)
- Can work independently
