Reset Position Unauthorized

How to resolve Unauthorized when clicking reset position. I used even Gm account

Using Flux cp when i log in and try to reset position it will display "Unauthorize".

please dude don't pretend that we know what you are talking about xD

when asking for support, specify everything that we need to know in order to help you, like are you talking about what? cp? which one?

This issue is still up. I'm also having the same problem.

In addition to this, when viewing character, it returns this message:

No such character was found.
