server char creation issues

hello im having issues with creating a char on my server I will note I have been having troubles finding a clean install of ragnarok and an exe that will use a data folder to go with it BUT I can connect to my server and get into the char creator but for some reason stats dont show up when i make a char and nomatter what slot or gender it is made in it always shifts to slot 1 has no name and is a girl default sprite
when I log into the char it kicks me from the server and then when I log back in the char is gone and the name I used for it is still taken

note: im just trying to make a lan server for a myself and a couple friends to play on because it seems like any server we connect to has 1-2secs delay in lag because we live in Australia

edit: if there is any other info that yous would like to know ill try and and get it for yous [im kinda lost building the server but like i sead im just trying to get one up for a couple friends to mess around on]

See the errors, you are missing several upgrades file (2nd pic)

import those files (Located at sql-files/upgrades/ ), and try again

hello I did an "SVN" update on the folder duno if thats what you were talking about now im getting

[Warning]: npc_parseview: Invalid NPC constant 'CLEAR_NPC' specified in file 'npc/re/woe-fe/invest_main.txt', line'240'. Defaulting to INVISIBLE_CLASS.

should I re install mySQL so everythings fresh and up to date? or did I just update the wrong thing, once again im sorry im such a noob

Seems like you are missing db/constants.confOr you updated the source but haven't recompiled.

And we were talking of applying SQL upgrade(as per topmost warning in the 1st post, 2nd pic)

i have same issue, every time i create new character, it always with female gender it always set to male character.
how to solve this?
