Skill Error on Rebellion

We tried all Rebellion Skills one by one but it seems that all skills are keep on Missing on Mobs and a bunch of Error appears on our Map Server. We are using 2013-12-23 Client

Here is the Screenshot of Error that we are currently suffering for.

still not implemented on hercules. they still trying to get the official damage info for the skills.
