Exists any npc who can take the cards from knife like doppelganger and baphomet(a exemple) and put it on a shoe?

Like Knife [3] Doppelganger Card , Baphomet Card and Phreeoni Card + Taekwon Shoes [3]

A card is always set up to fit in only one type of equipments. If you want DG card to be useable in shoes, too, you have to add a new card which does the same as DG card but fits in shoes.
