Good Day Ma'am/Sir,

Can someone please tell me who to contact about gepard shield cause there are many posers saying that they are the developer of Gepard shield, Planning to get the lifetime license here.

PS: Functor at rathena is legit somehow my IP at home is banned in rathena and I cant contact them if ever I need help.
