NO MSG 1862 when using Yggdrasil Berry 608 and 607

Hi Guys just wanted to ask how to fix this and where to edit this NO MSG 1862 showing up on the Screen.

there we're no map char login server errors. but only the message on screen appears when I use 608 adn 607 I know it's from a Delay but how to fix the message?

I got it i just placed a line from rathena on to the messages.conf 378 and 379
