This command will create an item on the specified cell of a map.

cmd to use:

* makeitem2 <item id>,<amount>,"<map name>",<X>,<Y>,<identify>,<refine>,<attribute>,<card1>,<card2>,<card3>,<card4>;* makeitem2 "<item name>",<amount>,"<map name>",<X>,<Y>,<identify>,<refine>,<attribute>,<card1>,<card2>,<card3>,<card4>;
