Stable Git Repository?

Where do I find a stable GIT repository?  I converted my server from rAthena to Hercules using the master branch from https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules, and I am now regretting this very much...

Why so? There are a lot of people using this branch: https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules and they're fine :S

Currently there is no stable branch. If you're not satisfied with stablility of recent revisions, consider using slightly older checkout of Hercules.

I read that a stable branch was the #1 development priority for Hercules prior to choosing to switch to Hercules.  I should mention that Hercules has more stability than any server I have used, in terms of performance and up time, but at any given time there will always be significant bugs in a development branch.
