Eathena Visual Custome

Hello guys, I'm having a problem adding Visual Custome on my server. When I put the item to appear as a normal custom item, it appears normally on the character, but when I change it to appear in the Visual tab it stops appearing. Can anybody help me?
is it possible to use visual custome in Eathena? I didn't want to change emulators for this, my server is already working
