Hello anyone can please help me how to set luck 300 = 2sec. frost max duration?... please .. thank you and GOD Bless

 
Hello yllainne, I would love to help you but could you possibly provide a more complete description of what you would like to request? If you need support in another language that is fine also, just be as thorough as possible.

I think he's referring to this:

when a player have 300 Luk.

The max duration of freeze to him will only last for 2 seconds.

ex.

Player B = H,Wiz

Player A = player with 300 LUK

Player B casts storm gust to Player A.

Player A got freeze.

After 2 seconds freeze from Player A removed.
