As i understand it's a warpportal servers.

Online now at Renewal server going to 3 000, at classic 500+

From Russia server is a littlebit lagging. Most of players - asians/South Americans

you can if you just go to the game folder and skip the wplauncher, as for the game it's self. I don't recommend it at all.
