is there a file or a command that logs the mysql when it suddenly crashed or down.

also in the server files?

What you mean by logs the sql and server file?

If you want to know the cause of crash, just enable coredump, if you dont understand coredump, you can asknhere for help with coredump.

for example my phpmyadmin/mysql suddenly crashed then i'll need to see the log where it is placed there the cause of the phpmyadmin/mysql crash..

about the server file.

example my map server crashed i wan't to see the log for it and the cause of the map crash
