any1 have a item_db.conf most updated for give me ? i lost my item_db and now all my itens on japaneses names =/

Are you sure item_db? If you lost your db you emulator will be error.. And for items description it's on iteminfo.lua/lub..

Item_DB is not responsible for showing japanese names.
If you are using 2012+ clients, you should use System/itemInfo.lua (ClientSide) for display names and descriptions
other clients, use data/idnumitemdescnametable.txt and other idnumtables.
