Terms & Conditions:
1. All scripts created by me at your request, are exclusive scripts and you reserve the rights to them, adhering conditions 2&3.
2. If I create a script for you, and you refuse/fail to pay within a 1 month period, all rights to the script are mine, and I
reserve the right to release it at any time. ( This condition is situation based, and differs from client to client ).
3. All scripts created by me are created as a non-resale product. Distribution of these scripts by you or another person, at the
cost of money and/or goods, revokes your rights to owning an exclusive script, and I then reserve the right to release it at any
time.
4. All sales are final.
5. I will not request payment for a script, until I am ready to release it to you.
6. You will not receive the script until I confirm payment has been made.
7. Each client of mine, will be provided with a link to a folder, which will contain all previous paid works done by me, free of charge.
7a. I will maintain these folders for as long as I can, so that there will always be a back-up copy.
7b. I am not responsible for the lost of your script, once it has been received.
8. All terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime, with the exception of Condtions: 1, 2 & 3.
