how can i fix it ?

Please make sure that you are using official palettes. if you have custom palettes, make sure that you include inside yourData.grf/palette.grf and/or added in your DATA.ini

It means that specific file cannot be found in any of your data files, whether it is a grf file or data folder. Try looking at the translation project and get the full-data folder with all required files.

If you're using custom files pointing towards that file, make sure it's named correctly.
