Remove timeouts on login

I have a server for testing purposes and I want to get rid of the 10 second logout timeout and also allow logging in while the character is already on the map server (just kick the old instance). Where are these things configured?

Try using NEMO Patcher, I use 2013-12-23c exe and I don't have a logout timer.
