I was wondering if there is a bot that own server manages. Not a client bot, but some AI that allows the game become singleplayer.

yeah, almost everything is possible with coding but don't expect a system like that to be done for free or even to find anyone willing to do it

I know how you feel, bro. I still mod my offline server for fun. It would be awesome to have bots that would be capable of emulating a PvP/WoE/Instances enviroments.
