Help updating

Noob question here. hehe

How do i update my "trunk" folder to get the latest version of hercules from git?
What are the commands to be execute? using centos 6

I think all you need is to execute git pull and that should be it. I'm not sure if there are other commands I may be missing

Just another question For example
my client date in mmo.h is 20120410
then there is an update in hercules that includes the file of mmo.h

will my settings be removed? or it will stay the same?

Its will be replaced or will conflict. You must make a backup before updating
