Help about Plugin

and i am wondering how can i apply this since its on .txt file. Should it supposed to be in .c file right?

I think the plugin is a patch, you still have to use the script.

You need both, install plugin, then load the script

Can i immediately change the file extension to .c without doing anything?

No What i mean is, Why is it when i download that Plugin it shows that it is a txt file only?
