if Yes Can Some 1 Give me a link for a compiled Txt Svn

Hercules Don't have a TxT Svn.

It was removed in rAthena itself.

There is no need for a guide. He just said, that you should use a MySQL Server from the Internet or somewhere else.

This was just an example for an MySQL server provider, it was the first result in google

You can check other providers or install XAMPP / LAMPP.

Try to use XAMPP Portable Lite if you can't install on your machine. Download the zip file version, this will just extract necessary files to run MySQL and Apache. (XAMPP is for windows only)
