Problem Conf

Hello, i dn't speak english very well, sorry :x

I am creating a server.

I want to increase Hp_rate ( conf/map/battle/player.conf ) but !  when i write hp_rate: 250 ( default 100 ) , Hp dn't increase...

I use the last emulator ( https://github.com/HerculesWS/Hercules )

i'm really sorry for my approximate english..

you need to restart the server I believe, and tha would increase max hp of all the player
