They're disabled from nemo but they still show up.

The Bank, BG and REC, you can use the Nemo from @4144

Choose the options:

Hide BG Button
Hide Rec Button
Hide Bank Button

do you have sclientinfo? or are you using clientinfo? I believe the newer clients need sclientinfo to connect but I may be wrong.

@dwlrma maybe you need to pather your exe again, NEMO LAST VERSION. (you can use these patches).
 I recommend that you delete all your tables and reinstall the DBs and download the last version of the emulator.  

Note: Do not edit the ports that come by default.

Note: First check this forum, because with that date the clients use sclientinfo.xml

@korkeng you should see what @OmarAcero posted. They are very helpful tips! Also, I see you're checking your sclientinfo inside your GRF. Try making a sclientinfo file inside your client data folder (not the one in your GRF).

does anyone know how to fix custom resolution for the 2018 clients? I've tried multiple different clients but it seems like the blue ghost set up nor open setup seems to change the resolution. (I've also tried changing the resolution in game but I only get two options which are too big (1200 x something I forgot).

well im using the latest herc revision, 2018-04-04 client starts just fine but when i try to login in it says disconnected from server? ( the runserver.bat shows i connected successfully though)
